We would like to thank David Cook immensely for the great job he did of building our home.  We were very impressed with David’s level of professionalism and his interpersonal relation skills.  We  were  also  thrilled  with  the  timeline  to  build  as  we  have  encountered  no  particular delays and all was done as expected.  In short, David is a wonderful builder with a high level of experience, his client communication  skills  can’t  be  faulted  and  his  level  of  workmanship  exceeds  expectations. We have no reservations in recommending his services to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy builder!! 

Keystone Constructions under David Cook recently carried out some major repairs and renovations to the decks and verandahs of our 30 year old home in the Gold Coast Hinterland. All the work was carried out to our satisfaction. We found David to be extremely professional in the way he and his tradesmen undertook this, at times difficult, renovation. All David’s tradesmen and subcontractors were polite and courteous and carried out their work to high standards. We also found David with his friendly personality, was at all times flexible and happy to change things as the job progressed and we struck  unforeseen problems.

We recently engaged Keystone Constructions to undertake our renovations. The job started on time and progressed to plan. The tradesmen onsite were efficient, courteous and tidy, and the site was never left in a mess. As with all the renovations, we needed to make variations from the plan during the construction and David was very approachable.  Additionally, with his experience, he was able to provide workable solutions that resulted in a magnificent entertainment extension to our house. Our experience with David was pleasant and bore none of the horror stories you are told to expect when you build. We would recommend David as an honest and proficient builder.
